Simplify Your Website & Design Updates with Ongoing Support
Here’s the 10-step process I follow with my clients to provide seamless ongoing support:
1. Sign Up for a Subscription Plan or Hourly Support
Choose the support that works for you—hourly or subscription-based. Whether you need occasional updates or ongoing monthly support, there are options for you. Sign up using the form on the support page.
2. Contract, Payment, & Time
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive a contract for your plan or hourly project. For new subscribers, your initial invoice must be paid at this time, and auto-pay will be set up to ensure uninterrupted service. An estimate for hourly project requests will be sent, and once your project is completed, you will be invoiced for the total amount of time at my hourly rate.
For either route, time will be tracked in my system, and I will note the total logged time in our emails to check in so you can see where we’re at. Subscribers: If you go over plan time, additional hours can be added at the hourly rate, or you can upgrade your plan anytime.
3. Submit A Monthly Project Request
Regardless of which payment option you go with (hourly or a subscription plan) each month, you’ll submit a Project Request Form, bookmark this page, here you can:
Schedule your project time
Upload any assets needed
Provide details on what you’d like to have done
Indicate if you’d like to schedule a chat to discuss further
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please submit your project with uploaded assets at least 5 business days in advance.
4. Provide All Necessary Assets & Logins
To ensure timely completion, all necessary images, text, files, and logins (if your project requires one) must be uploaded at the time of request submission using the uploading widget in the project form. Requests without required assets may be delayed.
5. Confirmation & Scheduling
Once I receive your request, I’ll confirm receipt and schedule you on my calendar. Again, I ask that you submit your project with assets uploaded 5 business days in advance so I can use the allocated time to work on the actual project work and not track things down.Earlier submissions are always encouraged to secure your spot.
6. Work Begins on Scheduled Date
On your scheduled workday, I’ll complete your requested updates and designs. You’ll need to monitor your email in case I need quick feedback or clarifications, so keep a computer or your phone close.
7. Review & Edits
Once your updates are complete, I’ll send a draft for your review. You can provide feedback and request edits via email **within 48 hrs.
8. Final Approval & Implementation
After any requested changes are made and we’re ready to go, I’ll finalize the project and implement the updates on your website or provide the necessary design files to you.
9. Ongoing Performance & Support
Depending on your plan, you may receive additional services such as SEO and analytics reporting, quarterly reviews, or strategy calls to ensure your website and branding continue to perform well now and in the future.
10. Monthly Check-ins & Future Planning.
To keep your business ahead, I’ll send recurring reminders and updates about scheduling upcoming tasks, submitting new requests, and ensuring your website and graphics are always up to date, but it’s your responsibility to complete the Project Request Form. If you indicate in the Project Request Form that you’d like a strategy call or meeting, I’ll follow up via email to schedule a time that works for you.
