Primary, secondary, and any supporting logo files you have (plus a style guide if available). Don’t have these yet? I can help with that.
Photos are one of the biggest project delays, and one of the most important investments you can make in your brand. Not sure what photos you need? Download my free guide with examples and photographer referrals (including local options in Ohio). Videos are a bonus.
Ideally 3-5 great testimonials to serve as social proof. Have client logos, pictures, or video to include? Even better!

That’s okay, but please note that we can’t move forward with a quote or proposal until you’ve started gathering your content, especially brand photos and written text. I’m happy to schedule a consultation to help you get clear on what’s needed, but in order to reserve a start date or prepare a custom plan, I’ll need to see those materials in progress first.

Invoices are emailed, and payments can be made online.
Payment plans are available. I understand this is an investment, and you will have the option to select one that works best for you.
Rates are NOT negotiable. They are are based on my experience, skillset, quality of work, and time.
Yes. Prices do NOT include annual domain and hosting fees. Those are separate and can be found on the platform websites here: Showit and Wix. I typically make a plan recommendation as we discuss your project. Wix typically includes a free domain for the first year so no need to purchase one elsewhere {plus you'll have everything in one spot}.
No, unfortunately I can't. All the required materials are elements needed in order for me to design the best possible website for you.
Project timelines typically range from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the package and scope of work. Since I take on a limited number of clients at a time, the exact duration can vary. For a more detailed estimate, refer to the package specifics.
I get that stuff happens {as a parent and adult in general, I can relate!}, and I’m willing to reschedule the best I can around my other clients. Keep in mind, they'll have priority for the time booked so I can stay on schedule. If you can, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, and we'll go from there. If it's a reoccurring issue, the timing may not be right for us and it won't be in my best interest to move forward.
Yes, I offer ongoing support after your project is complete. You can choose from a subscription plan that will provide ongoing design and website updates, or if you prefer, I can continue to assist you at my hourly rate.
While my main focus is on supporting health and wellness professionals, I do enjoy working with businesses that are passionate about making an impact in their industries.
